OVERVIEW
The project aims to redesign the Airline Ticketing System's user interface to improve navigation and streamline the booking process, enhancing overall user satisfaction. By simplifying ticket modifications and cancellations, the new UI will offer users greater control and flexibility, ensuring a more intuitive and seamless flight booking experience.
USER RESEARCH
Through extensive secondary research and competitive analysis of Southwest Airlines, Emirates, and British Airways, I identified key user challenges in the ticket booking process by analyzing articles and user reviews across various channels. Prioritizing the most critical pain points, I incorporated targeted design solutions into the application to effectively address diverse user needs and expectations.
4. Implement flexible ticket modification features that allow users to easily make changes or cancellations with transparent policies and minimal hassle.
